Living In The Community

We are thrilled that you would like to be a part of the Royal Community & RV Park! Here are some things that you should know: 

Rentals Available

On the property we offer:

  • RV Extended Stay Sites

  • Mobile Home Rentals                              3 Bedroom / 2 Bath,                          2 Bedroom / 2 Bath                           & Fully Furnished Units

  • Mobile Homes For Purchase    Check out our map of the property layout.



  • Water - Newly upgraded water system provided through the City of Snyder

  • Sewer - Each unit has it's own septic system which is maintained by Royal Community & RV Park

  • Basic Expanded Cable - Provided by Suddenlink. If premium cable or Internet is desired, tenants pays the extra charge directly to Suddenlink

  • Wifi (Free for RV tenants only)

  • Utilities are included in our RV extended stay sites.

Length of Lease

Each of our home rentals requires a minimum of a 1 year lease.


Royal Community & RV Park is pet friendly. Some restrictions apply, no aggressive breeds, pets must be approved by management.  Please contact our office for further details.

Royal Community & RV Park does not allow smoking in the rental homes.

Security Deposit

In order to rent a RV Site or Home Rental in our community, we require each tenant to provide a security deposit due at the time your application is accepted.​

  • All of our home rentals require a security deposit of $700

  • All Extended Stay RV Sites require a $160 security deposit.


  • Electricity is the sole responsibility of the tenant. The service is provided by Big Country Electric Rural Cooperative, and they may require a deposit.

  • For our RV Extended Stay tenants, electricity is arranged by Royal Community & RV Park. Tenants will be directly charged through Royal Community & RV Park based on their electricity use.

Application Fee

Royal Community & RV Park does not have an application fee.

Application Requirements

Royal Community & RV Park requires the following:

  • Copy of a valid driver's license or state issued identification card

  • Previous rental history references

  • Three credit references

  • 60 days of paystubs from each applicant & proof of other income being relied on to make rent payments

  • All individuals residing at the residence must be on the application and the lease

  • Each applicant is subject to a background check, paid for by Royal Community & RV Park
