Utilities
UTILITIES BILLED SEPARATELY TO HOME RESIDENCE.

Water - Provided by the City of Snyder

Sewer - Each unit has it's own septic system which is maintained by Royal Community & RV Park

Cable Ready - Tenant may subscribe directly with Suddenlink at their office at their Snyder office.

Wifi - Free for all tenants. (However, Wifi service is limited inside our homes.)

Electricity - Homes: Tenant subscribes directly to Big Country Coop for electrical service, water & sewer are billed directly to tenant through Royal Community. RV: ALL utilities are included, electricity, water, septic, and wifi.
Length of Lease
Each of our home rentals requires a minimum of a 1 year lease.
Pets
Royal Community & RV Park is pet friendly. Some restrictions apply, no aggressive breeds, pets must be approved by management. Please contact our office for further details.

Smoking
Royal Community & RV Park does not allow smoking in the rental homes.
Security Deposit
In order to rent a Home in our community, we require a security deposit at the time your application is accepted. (we do not require RV tenants to pay a security deposit)

All of our home rentals require a security deposit of $700 + $200 park utilities deposit.

RV Sites require tenant to pay the 1st 30 days of rent at check-in.
Electricity

Homes - Tenant is responsible for subscribing to electric services with Big Country Electric Coop directly.

RV Sites - Our rates include electricity.
Application Fee
Royal Community & RV Park does not have an application fee.
Application Requirements
Royal Community & RV Park requires the following:

Copy of a valid driver's license or state issued identification card

Previous rental history references
-
Three credit references
-
60 days of paystubs from each applicant & proof of other income being relied on to make rent payments

All individuals residing at the residence must be on the application and the lease
-
Each applicant is subject to a background check, paid for by Royal Community & RV Park
