What We Offer

Royal Community is a private, safe, clean community 241 N. US Hwy 84 Snyder, Texas There are three entry gates in which the property can be accessed through. Each gate is equipped with an access code and is given only to residents.

We provide immaculate grounds and a small playground, maintained by the property, as well as an onsite laundry facility, and an onsite property manager to assist you.

All of our homes include central air and heat, basic expanded cable package and a stove. Each of our homes are about to be upgraded with a new roof, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions and have also been upgraded with a new water system provided by the City of Snyder.

When purchasing, owners will have the opportunity to upgrade to have a 8x8 front deck, a 4x4 back deck, or a ramp added to their home for additional fee.
